Terms and Conditions:
REGISTRATION FEE:
All Students will be charged a $50 annual registration fee. This fee is good for one year and is due at the time of registration.

MAKEUP POLICY:
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, make-up classes will only be available for classes that have openings. Each athlete will be allowed to use six make-up classes per year (Jan. 1- Dec. 31) and must be scheduled within 48 hours prior to the class. Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed on scheduled holidays. To be eligible to make up a class you must be actively enrolled in at least one class. Each makeup token will expire within 6 weeks of issue date.

WAITING LIST:

If the class you desire is full you do have the option of being put onto the waiting list. We will begin calling & emailing the waiting list with the person who has been on the longest. Once you have been called and/or emailed you will have 48 hours to claim your spot in the class. If we do not hear from you during that time period we will move to the next name on the list and repeat the process. You are allowed to be on multiple waiting lists at one time. Once you have been contacted 3 times for the same waiting list without a response you will be removed from the waiting list.

STATEMENTS, PAYMENTS AND FEES:
Account statements will be emailed at least five days before the close of each month. This statement reflects the following months charges. Please go over your statement to ensure that it is correct. If you feel that any charges have been made in error, please contact the front desk. All charges will be billed on the 1st of every month to the card on file if the payment has not already been made.
Late Fees will be assessed on the 5th of the month for all accounts with an outstanding balance in the amount of $15
