RAVEN DALOSTO

CHEER COACH


Coach Raven was born and raised right here in Round Rock, Texas! Throughout her 16 years of high school, all-star, and collegiate cheerleading experience, she has had the opportunities to win prestigious competitions including the 2021 World Championship, 2021 Majors, 2016 Summit Championship, and NCA in 2014, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Coach Raven even had the honor of competing with two Tech Cheer teams; Outlaws and Gunsmoke; one of her NCA wins on Tech Cheer Outlaws! She competed with Woodlands Elite Black Ops for three years and finished her collegiate cheerleading career winning NCA Nationals with Hawai’i Pacific University. Coach Raven is so excited to share her love for cheer and her knowledge with the athletes at Tumble Tech! Let’s go Tech Cheer!!



MEGAN MCCASLAND

TECH CHEER AUSTIN DIRECTOR


Although Megan was born in Seattle in 1993 to Tumble Tech founders Danielle and Rob Wills and lived there until the family's move to Austin in 1996, Megan is a true Austin original. Growing up in the Eanes school district, Megan graduated from Westlake High School in 2012 and went on to graduate from Austin's St. Edwards University in May 2016 at the top of her class with a Degree in Elementary Education. Megan has always been passionate about teaching children and began coaching gymnastics at age 16. She loves helping kids of all ages excel in the classroom, and in the tumbling and cheerleading gym.

Starting at age four with gymnastics and dance, Megan has been engaged in athletics including soccer, cheerleading, and gymnastics at an advanced level. Always a perfectionist with her tumbling and performances, Megan transitioned to competitive cheerleading at age ten, eventually going on to cheer on World Champion Cheer Athletics teams Panthers and Fierce Cats. Ultimately, Megan went on to be captain of the Westlake High School varsity cheerleading team.

ISAIAH BAIRD

CHEER COACH


Coach Isaiah was born & raised in El Paso, Texas. Isaiah’s cheerleading journey started at age 12 at a Small All Star Gym called, Knight Time Cheer. At KTC, he was able to compete & win NCA in numerous divisions. At age 14, he began Junior Coaching with lower levels. After All Star cheer & 2 years in High School Cheer, Isaiah moved from El Paso to attend the University of Texas at Austin. He is studying to achieve his Bachelors in Kinesiology & Health. Also while at UT, he has become a member & Co-Captain of Orange Squad, the Coed Cheerleading Team. Working at the WACC, Isaiah is teaching multiple classes varying skill sets.

CHARLIE FLOWERS

CHEER COACH & CHOREOGRAPHER


Coach Charlie was Bron and raised in Dallas, TX and just recently moved to the Austin Area. He has been in the cheerleading industry for over 22 years and is a 3x world camp & a 1x summit champ. He was a member on Cheer Athletics Wildcats, Swooshcats, Cewcats and Claw6 for over a decade and also cheered on Spirit of Texas Royalty and International coed for an additional 10 years. During this time, he went on to coach many different levels and teams while also serving as an athlete. He has won 15 plus 1st place NCA titles as an Allstar coach and 10 plus 1st place NCA titles as an athlete. 

Charlie attended the university of Oklahoma for college where he cheered on the sideline for all 4 years. He has served as an instructor for high school cheer camps and also has judging experience. Coach Charlie is eager to share the same toughness, passion and drive with his athletes that he grew up with over the years and is excited to embark on his new journey at Tumble Tech!


VICTOR FONG

CHEER COACH


Victor Fong is a dedicated cheerleading professional from Stafford, Texas, whose career is rooted in passion, purpose, and people. With experience across All-Star and School Cheer, Victor brings both energy and intention to every program he serves. He has coached at two of the largest Division 1 gyms in the Houston area and proudly returned home to serve a Division 2 program gym as School Program Director and All-Star Director Liaison, helping teams grow while building strong, lasting foundations.With 11 years on NCA Staff, including 6 years as a Head Instructor, Victor has played an active role in shaping athletes and coaches on a national level. His journey includes Summit Championships, NCA National Titles, NCA School Cheer National Championships, Game Day victories with NCA and Top placements with UIL Spirit, reflecting a well-rounded commitment to excellence across multiple cheer platforms.What truly defines Victor is his heart for athletes and team culture. Known for his attention to detail, high standards, and positive leadership, he is passionate about developing confident, disciplined athletes in environments built on trust, accountability, and teamwork. His coaching style emphasizes precision, resilience, and unity, while always keeping the athlete experience at the center.

BRI HARRIS

CHEER COACH


Coach Bri grew up in Texas, where she spent 8 years as an all-star cheerleader. She cheered for the Cheer Athletics Panthers and the Woodlands Elite Generals, earning titles as a 5x NCA Champion, 3x Worlds medalist, 2x Majors Champion, and Nfinity Legend. In high school, she served as captain of her cheer team and was recognized as a UCA All-American four times.Bri went on to attend Baylor University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. While there, she was a member of the Baylor Acrobatics and Tumbling team, winning 4 NCATA national championships and 8 NCATA Individual Event titles.

HAILEY SCOTT

CHEER COACH


Coach Hailey is from Hutto, Texas. She started her cheerleading career in Middle School. From cheering through Middle school to Highschool as well as cheering at Texas Allstar Cheer in Pflugerville, Hailey decided to continue her cheer career and cheer at The Unviersity of Texas at Arlington and latering transfering to The University of Texas at Austin. Hailey will be obtaining her Bachelors degree in Government and Black Studies this upcoming spring and then pursuing her acting career. From competing at Daytona to cheering on the sidelines at one of the biggest game day schools, Hailey has shown a strong loving passion for the sport.

SCOTT "SCOOTER" HOLLAND

TUMBLING COACH


Coach Scooter was born in Shreveport, LA and raised in Arlington, TX. He has been involved in cheerleading, tumbling and coaching since the mid 90’s. Scooter’s impressive cheerleading career as an athlete includes Midwestern State University, Trinity Valley Community College, Florida Atlantic University, and Stephen F. Austin State University. As an athlete, Coach Scooter has won two NCA Collegiate National Championships. Scooter has also been a coach at the collegiate level at both SFA and Barton County Community College where he led his teams to 3 NCA Collegiate National titles. Coach Scooter spent one year as the first assistant coach of the Baylor Acrobatics and Tumbling team. He has also been a director of an All-Star gym for 3 years. He also obtained a college degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Pyschology. When he is not coaching Coach Scooter enjoys disc golf, video games, and spending time with friends.
